All menu items are Prix Fixe at $399 per package and serve up to 16 people.

Sample Package
Appetizer: Fruit & Cheese Tray
- Bite-sized chunks of Emmantaler and NYS Cheddar combined with fresh strawberries, red and green grapes.
Entrée: Jambalaya with a Creamy Cajun Sauce
- Sautéed and seasoned shrimp, chicken, and Italian sausage baked with two types of rice and a creamy Cajun sauce. Topped with fresh flat leaf parsley.
Served in a warm chafing dish.
Dessert: Assorted fruits and fine chocolates
Beverages: 24 bottles of water and 16 assorted sodas
Served in an ice-filled beverage tub
