All gourment food catering packages are a prix fixe, 3-course meal.
Cost is $399 per package and serves up to 16 people.

Sample Package
1st Course - Appetizer: Fruit & Cheese Tray
- Bite-sized chunks of Emmantaler and NYS Cheddar combined with fresh strawberries, red and green grapes.
2nd Course - Entrée: Jambalaya with a Creamy Crab Sauce
- Sautéed and seasoned shrimp, chicken, and Italian sausage baked with two types of rice and a creamy Cajun sauce. Topped with fresh flat leaf parsley.
Served in a warm chafing dish.
3rd Course - Dessert: Assorted fruits & fine chocolates
Beverages: 16 bottles of water and 16 assorted sodas
Served in an ice-filled beverage tub
