Profile: Brandon Walsh, HWT President & Host
Brandon’s background is not typical of what you may find from a “wine guy”. After high school, he spent 5 years in the USMC before working for 4 different high tech companies over the next 8 years. During his professional career, Brandon completed his Bachelors in Business Finance from the University of Maryland, Masters in the Management of IT from the University of Virginia, and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program: Leading Professional Services Firms.
While working for a Norwegian telecom, Brandon frequently traveled to Europe where his passion for wine was discovered. He then attended The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley studying under Jeff Morgan, a former writer/editor of Wine Spectator. Brandon also trained through the Wine Spectator School and traveled to vineyards and wineries across the US, France, and Italy.
